Question 1

What will my first invoice be?

Accepted Answer

Your first invoice includes a one-time setup fee plus the monthly maintenance fee. From the second month onward, you only pay the monthly maintenance fee unless we agree otherwise in writing. The exact amount depends on which tier you choose — we will detail this clearly in your proposal.

Question 2

What does the monthly maintenance include?

Accepted Answer

It covers keeping the site online and healthy: hosting-related care, dependency and security updates where applicable, and small content changes such as hours updates, holiday notices, or seasonal tweaks within reasonable scope. Larger new pages or redesigns are quoted separately.

Question 3

How long does a typical site take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope — a focused landing page is faster than a multi-page site with lots of sections. After we align on content and you send assets, many builds fit in 2–4 weeks. You will get a clear timeline in the proposal.

Question 4

Do I need my own domain and hosting?

Accepted Answer

You should own your domain (your-business.com). How hosting is set up can vary: we can use a setup that you control or one I manage as part of maintenance — we will confirm this before launch so you know where everything lives.

Question 5

Who owns the website code and content?

Accepted Answer

You own your content (text, images, branding). The way we structure it in the agreement is that you have the right to use the delivered site for your business. If you want full source-code handoff or transfer to another developer, say so upfront and we can include that in scope.

Question 6

Can the site be in Italian and English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multi-language support is common for businesses serving both local and international customers. We can plan sections or a language switcher depending on how much content you have in each language.

Question 7

Can you connect booking, contact forms, or other tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we can link to the tools you already use (reservation platforms, delivery apps, booking systems, WhatsApp, contact forms, Google Maps). I do not replace those platforms; I make sure customers reach them reliably from your site.

Question 8

What if I need big changes after launch?

Accepted Answer

Small updates often fit under maintenance. Bigger work — new sections, rebrands, extra languages — is scoped and priced separately so you always know what you are paying for.

Question 9

Do you also handle social media and digital marketing, not just the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's a core part of what I offer, quoted separately from the site itself. I design and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook, and can post on your behalf if you prefer. I also set up and optimize your Google Business Profile and cover local SEO basics. I don't manage paid ad budgets or run agency-scale campaigns; this is hands-on, ongoing visibility work sized for one business at a time.

Question 10

How often will you post, and how is social media priced?

Accepted Answer

Cadence depends on your business; we agree on a schedule together rather than a fixed number of posts. Pricing is quoted separately once we have scoped it, alongside your maintenance plan.
